Delivery Policy

At Chanchal Halder’s Blogging Training, we are committed to delivering high-quality online training programs. Since our courses are conducted virtually, the following policy outlines the delivery process, access details, and guidelines for students.

1. Course Delivery Method

  • All training sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.
  • Course materials, including PDFs, slides, and recorded sessions (if applicable), will be provided through email, Google Drive, or our learning platform.
  • Live sessions will be scheduled in advance, and students will receive invitations via email or WhatsApp.

2. Access to Training Materials

  • Students who enroll in the training will receive login credentials, meeting links, and resource access details within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Materials provided during the course are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed.
  • Lifetime access to recordings (if applicable) is granted only in Elite Plans and is non-transferable.

3. Training Schedule & Attendance

  • The training schedule will be communicated in advance via email or WhatsApp.
  • It is the student’s responsibility to attend the live classes at the scheduled time.
  • In case of a missed session, students can request a repeat class (as per their plan) or access the recorded session if available.

4. Technical Requirements

To attend the training, students must have:

  • A stable internet connection for live sessions.
  • A laptop or mobile device compatible with Google Meet.
  • A basic understanding of using online communication tools.

5. Non-Delivery of Services

  • If a student does not receive course access details within 24 hours of payment, they should contact us immediately.
  • If technical issues prevent us from conducting a session, it will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to student-side technical issues or personal reasons.
